Returns for Mobile accessories

We do provide an easy return option. Within 24 hours from the time order was delivered, you can raise a return request on the self-serve or by calling/sending an email to us post which we would validate the return request and action accordingly.

Note: We recommend the customers to check the shipment’s quality when delivered to their address, if not satisfactory the shipment can be returned to the field executive.

 

Returns for Repair

We do not provide return option for repairs. Anyhow you can cancel the order at any point of time before repair. If you’re facing any problem post repair, you can claim for warranty if the product is under warranty period.

 

Conditions for Mobile accessories

On any dislikes, to have the product returned we expect the product to be unused.

On any miss-shipment or defective goods we would refund or replace as per customer’s wish.

Please note your amount will be refunded back to your account (bank account or Mobells wallet) accordingly.

 

Conditions for Repair

On any dislikes, you can cancel the order of the mobile repair service at any point of time before the problem is fixed

On any defective goods we would replace as per your order.

Please note, if you cancel the order before fixing the problem and if you have done an online transaction, your amount will be refunded back to your account (bank account or Mobells wallet) accordingly.
Warranty for Mobile accessories

We do not provide warranty for mobile accessories, anyhow if you’re not satisfied with the quality of the product you can claim for return or replacement by contacting us.

 

Warranty for Repair

We provide 6 months warranty for display and touch screen from the time of repair. Warranty for other repairs is 3 months. Warranty doesn’t cover for any physical damage caused by external environment.

 

Refunds for Mobile accessories

In case of cancellation we have the same confirmed and refund initiated (Pre-paid orders only).

For any returns we pick the product and have the refund initiated for products picked.

For orders placed through cash on delivery as the mode of payment, refund will be given back to the customer’s wallet (Mobells) or through NEFT and for orders paid through Credit/Debit card and Net banking account refund would be routed back to the payment source.

Time duration for refund (Repairs and Mobile accessories)

Soon after cancellation/return is confirmed we will have the refund initiated. However, as per RBI regulations the maximum duration for reversal is mentioned below:

·  Back to source – 7-8 working days
