Return and Refund for Mobile Accessories

  1. You can raise Return and Refund request by calling our customer support or through E-mail.
  2. Return and Refund request will be accepted in following conditions:
    • If the wrong product is delivered to you.
    • If the defective product is delivered to you.
    • All return requests have to be initiated by the buyer within 24 hours of receipt of their parcel.
  3. It will take up to 3 days for the money to be transferred in your Bank Account for refund initiated through Net Banking (NEFT/RTGS) from the account TAGS INTERNATIONAL. For the refund initiated through Paytm, the money will be transferred immediately.
  4. Once the Return and Refund request is raised, the product will be picked within three days.
  5. There are no shipping charges or other additional charges at the time of Return and Refund. A full refund will be done to your Bank account or Paytm account.


Return for Repair

We do not provide return option for repairs. Anyhow you can cancel the order at any point of time before repair. If you’re facing any problem post repair, you can claim for warranty if the product is under warranty period.
