Return and Refund for Mobile Accessories
- You can raise Return and Refund request by calling our customer support or through E-mail.
- Return and Refund request will be accepted in following conditions:
- If the wrong product is delivered to you.
- If the defective product is delivered to you.
- All return requests have to be initiated by the buyer within 24 hours of receipt of their parcel.
- It will take up to 3 days for the money to be transferred in your Bank Account for refund initiated through Net Banking (NEFT/RTGS) from the account TAGS INTERNATIONAL. For the refund initiated through Paytm, the money will be transferred immediately.
- Once the Return and Refund request is raised, the product will be picked within three days.
- There are no shipping charges or other additional charges at the time of Return and Refund. A full refund will be done to your Bank account or Paytm account.
